Torque limitation

  • 4-level torque limit setting by rotary ring:
    • 0.25 Ncm
    • 0.5 Ncm
    • 1.0 Ncm
    • 3.0 Ncm
  • Torque values precisely adjustable by positive-action mechanism.
  • The torques indicated are reliably maintained and not exceeded: 
    If the set torque is reached, the safety clutch slips and the file stops rotating immediately. You will hear and feel the response of the safety clutch.

The safety clutch responds ONLY WHEN the set torque is reached:

  • Switch motor to counterclockwise
  • Free file
  • Check file very carefully
  • Discard even slightly damaged or deformed files
  • Switch motor and continue working
