What your duties will include:
- Driving sales in all KaVo Business Unit areas within the region and reaching agreed objectives and targets
- Building long-term relations with customers through close dialog, customer meetings, participation in fairs and customer events
- Supporting customers with product knowledge and specification/price
- Opportunity Management e.g., updating funnel daily, following up and progressing leads, gathering, and updating customer data and visibility
- Following standard work procedures for CRM
- Maximizing the usage of existing tenders and frame agreements
- Arranging and leading product trainings for users once the installation is completed
What sets you apart:
- Strong business acumen with multiple years’ sales experience, ideally in the dental industry
- Completed business degree
- Commercial mindset and with high drive
- Experience in working in a direct sales model towards B2B end-customers
- Experience in working with CRM systems
- Experience in building relationships with long-term business perspective
- Strong team spirit with a holistic view for the business
- Experience in working at an international company
- Structured and process-oriented style of working
- Strong communication skills
- Good command of English
- Dental clinical background/education
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, primarily Excel
