What your duties will include:

  • Driving sales in all KaVo Business Unit areas within the region and reaching agreed objectives and targets
  • Building long-term relations with customers through close dialog, customer meetings, participation in fairs and customer events
  • Supporting customers with product knowledge and specification/price
  • Opportunity Management e.g., updating funnel daily, following up and progressing leads, gathering, and updating customer data and visibility
  • Following standard work procedures for CRM
  • Maximizing the usage of existing tenders and frame agreements
  • Arranging and leading product trainings for users once the installation is completed

  • Strong business acumen with multiple years’ sales experience, ideally in the dental industry
  • Completed business degree
  • Commercial mindset and with high drive
  • Experience in working in a direct sales model towards B2B end-customers
  • Experience in working with CRM systems
  • Experience in building relationships with long-term business perspective
  • Strong team spirit with a holistic view for the business
  • Experience in working at an international company
  • Structured and process-oriented style of working
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Dental clinical background/education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, primarily Excel
