Charlotte, NC - (8/11/2026) – KaVo Dental is pleased to announce the release of DIAGNOcam HD TWAIN software version 1.1.3.3687. With its release this version of TWAIN software adds five additional color profiles for Intraoral mode, and two additional contrast profiles to Transillumination mode. ^
The user can now select the desired color mode via the settings screen in the TWAIN software, or by pressing the corresponding number key on the keyboard. Additionally, it is now possible to cycle through all available profiles by holding the DOWN arrow on the DIAGNOcam HD device.
Several other minor improvements and bug fixes are also included in the 1.1.3.3687 software update.
To update to the latest version of TWAIN software, the user can either utilize the check for update button inside the TWAIN settings menu, or downloading this file.
The new version can be installed over the previous version, without the need to delete the previous version first. There is no need to reconfigure the user’s imaging or practice management software to recognize the new version, and the user’s previous settings will be unaffected by updating.
