What your duties will include:
- Provide second-level technical support to distributors for the installation, configuration and digital integration of imaging equipment (Cone Beam CT and other equipment)
- Support and train distributors' technicians on networking, acquisition software and interoperability aspects (DICOM, PACS, connection to practice management software)
- Travel regularly to distributors' premises as well as, jointly with them, to dental practices, for installations, technical interventions and hands-on training sessions
- Carry out equipment hand-over and hands-on training with the practitioner and their team during commissioning, highlighting the product's features and benefits in order to optimize end-customer satisfaction and adoption
- Remotely diagnose technical issues reported by distributors and propose appropriate solutions
- Ensure the transfer and updating of technical knowledge across the distributor network (new products, software updates, integration best practices)
- Contribute, in support of the sales teams and the Imaging Manager Benelux & France, to identifying additional opportunities with end customers and distributors (options, upgrades, new products)
- Document interventions, support cases and field feedback in internal tools (CRM, ticketing) to ensure traceability and knowledge capitalization
- Work closely with internal teams (product support, R&D, sales) to escalate field issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and technical documentation
- Contribute to developing and improving training materials and technical documentation for distributors
- Monitor developments in interoperability standards (DICOM, HL7) and IT environments used in dental practices
- Represent the brand image during field interventions, maintaining a professional, customer-satisfaction-oriented posture
What sets you apart:
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in IT, electronics, biomedical engineering, networks/telecommunications, or an equivalent technical field
- A background in medical imaging systems or healthcare IT is an asset
- Multiple years experience in in a similar technical role, ideally in a B2B environment involving a distributor/partner network (technical support, IT integration, medical/dental or imaging sector)
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, security, VPN)
- Knowledge of DICOM/HL7 standards is a plus
- Comfortable with Windows/server environments
- Commercial sense and interpersonal ease, with the ability to showcase a product's value to an end customer
- Ability to train and transfer technical skills to third parties (distributors)
- Driving license and availability for regular travel across Benelux and France
- Autonomy, pedagogical skills, and good interpersonal relations with external partners
