What your duties will include:
- Sell products directly or in cooperation with a sales representative of the vendor
- Train and coach dealer partners sales representatives (including traveling together) on how and why to sell KaVo products to oral health professionals
- Generate new leads, develop a strong sales pipeline, and implement strategies to increase short and long-term market share through collaboration with sales reps/vendors
- Support vendors in solving hardware/software related problems
- Conduct product demonstrations and workflow training for oral health professionals
- Support and participate in HW/SW installations in the field
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealer partners, healthcare centers, and universities
- Provide monthly, quarterly revenue and unit sales forecasts to improve accuracy and planning of sales forecasts
- Prepare and monitor customer visits, reporting on such activity via CRM tool
- Support distributors in the sale of KaVo products, including related administration
- Training of distributors on KaVo products, including reporting on the training provided
- Supporting distributors in customer visits and presentations of KaVo products;
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting of sales data obtained from distributors
What sets you apart:
- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Multiple years’ experience in selling products in a business-to-business environment. Prior dental sales experience highly advantageous
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and objectives; strong results orientation
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bulgarian or Greek is considered a strong advantage
- Experience in working in an international environment
- High customer and service orientation as well as strong relationship building ability
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Bulgaria/Greece/Cyprus) including overnight travel as well as weekend and evening seminars/trade shows
- Valid driver's license
