1. Promoter

This prize draw is promoted by KaVo Dental Ltd, registered at St. Mary’s Court, The Broadway, Amersham. HP7 0UT.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per person per practice.

3. Promotional Period

• The prize draw opens from 01/10/26
• The closing date for entries is 31/12/26 at 23.59.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

• To enter,scan the QR code on the back page of your copy of KaVooom! Magazine
• No purchase is necessary.
• Entry is free.

5. The Prize

• One winner will receive: a KaVo MASTERtorque M9000 L high speed turbine handpiece.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
• The draw will be conducted using a random computer process.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted within 10 days of the draw via email and / or mobile phone.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner

8. Prize Delivery

• The prize will be delivered or arranged within 28 days after acceptance.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays outside its control.

9. Publicity

• The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion.
• Participation in publicity is voluntary unless otherwise stated.

11. Winner Information

• The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by sending a request to info@kavo.co.uk with the subject ‘Win a MASTERtorque competition’ and a message within 28 days of the closing date, unless the winner objects or the Promoter believes disclosure would be unlawful.

12. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
